  • The NX10 definitely has the potential to produce some great shots, but it’s up against a whole bunch of rival cameras that are just as good or better. It’s a shame, too, that the bundled RAW conversion software is PC only. Mac users will have to wait u...

  • Excellent build, Good ergonomics put controls in the right place, Grip is considerably better than the competition, while remaining small, Bright AMOLED display, Fast autofocus for the category, Lens-based IS works very well, Dust-reduction system, Onb...
  • Difficult to follow subjects in continuous mode (true of all current SLDs), Dead pixels appear near high-contrast vertical elements, Jello-effect is noticeable not just in videos, but also in live view, Viewfinder hump makes the NX10 taller than smalle...
  • Samsung came out swinging with its very tight NX10, a Single-Lens Direct-view, interchangeable-lens digital camera with an APS-C sensor. The Samsung NX10 is built very well, with a tight frame, good looks, and a great fit in the hand. It also shoots pr...

  • Slim and lightweight body; good value for money; impressive 18-55mm kit lens
  • Not that much smaller than a dSLR; a few awkwardly placed buttons; dodgy orientation sensor
  • The Samsung NX10's slimmer body, simpler mechanics and fuss-free live view make it a compelling alternative to a digital SLR. For a first attempt at a camera of its type, Samsung's done a very impressive job ...

  • APS-C-sized sensor. Good image quality if you're prepared to tweak the defaults. Compact and lightweight with pancake lens
  • No video record button. Proprietary lenses and accessories are thin on the ground. No in-body image stabilisation
  • Samsung has positioned the NX system as an alternative to SLR and Micro Four Thirds cameras, or an "SLR-lite" if you will. The NX10 mostly succeeds, with a few operational quirks here and there preventing it from being top of the class....
